Join our award-winning bakery in the Lower East Side as our New Sous Chef! We’re on a mission to push the boundaries of pastry through fearless creativity and exacting technique. As our Sous Chef you’ll be the right-hand to our Head Chef, owning day-to-day production, quality control and team development while keeping our Bakehouse & Gelateria humming at all times.

Viennoiserie Baker

Join our award-winning bakery in the Lower East Side as a Viennoiserie Baker! We’re looking for a passionate, skilled, and creative individual to craft exceptional pastries, doughnuts, and unique baked goods. If you thrive in a high-energy kitchen, love early mornings, and enjoy experimenting with flavors, we’d love to meet you. Must have at least 3 years of bakery experience and be ready to mix (pun intended) expertise with fun!

Pastry Cook (Gelato)

Love frozen desserts? We’re searching for a Pastry Cook to help develop innovative gelato flavors and delicious frozen treats at our renowned LES bakery. This is a full-time production role perfect for someone with at least 1 year of pastry experience, a strong work ethic, and a passion for creativity. Gelato & chocolate experience is a big plus! Ready to spin some magic?

Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is the nerve-center of daily execution, owning Front-of-House (FOH), Back-of-House (BOH), Shipping, and Wholesale operations end-to-end. You’ll translate big-picture strategy into flawless shifts, ensuring every croissant, customer, and package leaves the bakehouse at peak quality. This role is currently focused on our flagship location, with a clear runway to oversee additional sites as we scale later this year.
