Pastry Cook (Gelato)

This is a full-time production role perfect for someone with at least 1 year of pastry experience, a strong work ethic, and a passion for creativity. Gelato & chocolate experience is a big plus! Operations Manager
The Operations Manager is the nerve-center of daily execution, owning Front-of-House (FOH), Back-of-House (BOH), Shipping, and Wholesale operations end-to-end. You’ll translate big-picture strategy into flawless shifts, ensuring every croissant, customer, and package leaves the bakehouse at peak quality. This role is currently focused on our flagship location, with a clear runway to oversee additional sites as we scale later this year.
